I. Domestic (within the United States) Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

We have a 99-day return policy, which means you have 99 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@pikazo.co. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: we are based in the United States, so all returns are shipped domestically within the US. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refundtypically averaging $15–$20 depending on your location and the size of the package.

If you'd like an exact estimate before initiating a return, contact us at support@pikazo.co with your zip code and order details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, which most of the time is resolved by sending you a new shipment at NO cost to you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, used, hung, or show signs of wear cannot be returned. The item must be in resellable condition with all original packaging intact. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

II. International Returns, Refunds & Customs Policy

Applies to all orders shipped outside of the United States

This policy governs all return, refund, and customs-related matters for international orders placed at pikazo.co. By placing an international order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy applies in addition to our standard Return & Refund Policy above. In the event of any conflict, this International Policy takes precedence for orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States.


1. Return Shipping — Customer Responsibility

Pikazo ships internationally as a convenience to our global customers. Because of the significant cost and logistical complexity of cross-border return shipments, the following terms apply:


  • The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including any carrier fees, packaging costs, and applicable surcharges.

  • Pikazo does not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable, insured shipping method. Pikazo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.

  • The customer must obtain and provide a valid tracking number. Returns received without a tracking number on file may not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country. The following terms apply:


  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other government-imposed charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged at checkout and are not paid or pre-arranged by Pikazo.

  • Pikazo has no control over customs processing times, duty amounts, or import regulations in any foreign jurisdiction.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or accept a package at customs does not entitle the customer to a refund. If a package is returned to Pikazo due to customs non-payment or refusal, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any fees incurred during the return.

  • Pikazo does not misrepresent the value of shipments on customs declarations. We are legally required to declare accurate values and cannot mark orders as gifts to avoid duties.


Tip — Research Before You Order

We recommend checking your country's customs thresholds and import duty rates before placing an order. Common destinations include the UK (VAT + possible duty), EU (VAT applies), and Australia (GST may apply above threshold).


3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Our standard return eligibility criteria apply to international orders with the additional conditions above. To be eligible for a return or refund:


  • The item must be returned within 99 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.

A return request must be submitted to support@pikazo.co before shipping the item back.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Items that have been installed, mounted, or altered.

  • Sale items and gift cards.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right — even for international shipments. Please follow these steps:


Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pikazo.co.

  • Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Do not discard any damaged packaging — it may be needed to support a shipping insurance claim.


Upon review, Pikazo may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. For verified damage claims on international orders, Pikazo will cover the cost of the replacement shipment.


5. Refund Process

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Pikazo error or a verified product defect.

  • Return shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances for international orders.

  • Customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer are not refunded by Pikazo. Customers may be able to reclaim duties from their local customs authority — please contact your country's customs office for guidance.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on international orders due to the complexity and cost of cross-border shipping. To exchange an item, return it following the process above and place a new order once your refund is issued.


7. How to Initiate an International Return

Email us at support@pikazo.co with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

 

8. European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must still be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Return Policy applies.
